When you place your order with us you will be sent an ORDER CONFIRMATION by email containing your order number to the email address you provide. If you place an order over the phone we will give you your order number over the phone and also send you an order confirmation email also.

Your potting shed is delivered on transport suited to the product, so it arrives in good condition.
You will be called before delivery to arrange a suitable day and time. In most cases our potting sheds are delivered directly from the manufacturer.
