Hand-made timber · Delivered & fitted across the UK
Potting sheds, made to grow in.
Hand-made timber potting sheds with a bright bench, room to stand and shelter from the weather. We deliver and fit, then leave you to get on with the season.
We build sheds the way growers work.
A potting shed earns its keep every week of the year. Ours start with a bench at standing height and good light over the work. The timber takes soil, water and a few hard winters. Pick the size and the roof. We handle the rest.

From the workshop
Hand-made, then fitted for you.
Our Swallow sheds are built by hand in heat-treated ThermoWood. We bring the building to you and put it up on your prepared base. It goes up square and true, with the door hung and the glazing in. You get a workspace ready to use, not a flat pack to wrestle.
A quick word from us: lay a flat, dry base before delivery day. It keeps the timber off wet ground, holds the shed square and makes the fit go smoothly.

What makes a shed worth working in.
Four things that separate a shed you tolerate from one you love.
The right size
Leave room for a bench plus space to stand and turn. A bit bigger than you think is almost always the right call.
Light to work by
Glazing or a window over the bench makes potting up far easier. Face it for morning light where you can.
A solid, level base
A flat, dry base keeps the shed square, the door swinging true and the timber off the wet ground.
A proper bench inside
A sturdy bench at standing height, with shelving above and storage below, is what turns a shed into a potting shed.
