Every glazing panel is 3mm toughened glass, seated firmly in machined frame grooves and finished with quality silicone. The inward-opening door is fitted with a mortise lock as standard. The 12mm tongued and grooved bottom boards are fixed with stainless steel nails for lasting integrity.

Two roof vents are each paired with a Bayliss XL autovent. These units react to rising temperatures and open automatically, protecting plants from heat build-up when nobody is present. A full-length slatted staging bench runs along one side, sitting at 745mm high and 520mm wide, giving a practical potting surface at a comfortable working height.

The Jay's layout puts growing and storage side by side without compromise. Two rear shelves supplement the full-length staging to keep tools and supplies organised.
